Who am I?
With over 30 years working in small to medium business, developing and growing my knowledge and hands-on skills across a variety of industries, I started to wonder about those small businesses that aren’t big enough to employ an HR or Operational manager but still need processes in place. The businesses with a passionate owner who just wants to focus on running and growing their business but doesn’t have time to think about the organisational structures that are imperative to a successful workplace.
Who makes sure those businesses are meeting the requirements of employment legislation? Who is developing and implementing their HR policies and processes? Who has the finger on the pulse of staff retention by managing staff engagement?
This is my passion! Whether you need help with just writing a few policies, assistance with your performance management processes or creation and implementation of a whole suite of robust HR processes, I can do it all or just bits of it!
As an Operational, Practice and Business Manager I also have the hands on experience to support your business operationally, either remotely or face to face suiting those businesses that have a part time or occasional need for this type of support. My hands on experience includes payroll, accounts payable and receivable, debtors management, financial reporting and people management.
